Adding a Tag bug when using 3.0 / 3.0.1 with IE7

Description

When i click add tag the "Add new tag" ghost text disappears, but the cursor does not appear in the box to type. (I have to click 'Add' button for the cursor to appear in the box as a work around)
This appears to be a Java script error and didnt used to happen previously.

If this bug still exists, it's in WordPress? Core - VideoPress? doesn't load any JavaScript? on the Edit Post screen.
